Located in historic Kampong Glam, Alaturka is a purveyor of marvellous Mediterranean cuisine prepared by the most experienced of Türkish chefs.

We opened our doors in May 2005 located in the enclave of iconic Arab Street. For over 19 years now, we have been serving high quality, well sourced, made-from-scratch interpretations of classic dishes as well as tasty new ventures into uncharted territories of Türkish Mediterranean food.

At Alaturka, we use only well-sourced ingredients of uncompromising quality. Each element is carefully considered so that each bite is wholesome, delectable and authentically Mediterranean.

Our ethos is to serve food of an unstinting standard by freshly preparing dishes from scratch. We grind our own blend of meats, smoke our own eggplants, prepare fresh dough everyday, and even make our own yoghurt. These are but some of the many tasks our kitchen tirelessly performs to create that perfect bite.

Turkish hospitality is known the world over and we carry on this tradition here in Singapore: providing exceptional service and inviting surroundings where a delicious treat becomes an unforgettable memory.

We were awarded the Michelin Guide Singapore Bib Gourmand  in 2016 and continue to work hard to bring Singapore an authentic taste of Türkiye.
